For the sequel of The Bar Mitzvah, I have a lot of ideas running through my head. One voice in my head says that I should write another period piece that takes place in the 1970’s when girls Bat Mitzvah was not common place. Back then, it was mainly just boys that went through the Jewish ritual. I don’t know, it almost sounds like another Yentl!  Another idea was to revisit Robert being forced back into religious school after his Bar Mitzvah to go through another agonizing 5 years of Confirmation classes. This is a tough one!
